I'm going to assume it's a V6. Bank 1 is always the side of the engine with cylinder #1. Bank 2 is always the side of the engine with cylinder #2. This only matters on the V6, not on the inline 4 cyl. Bank 1 is the bank of cylinders on the firewall side. Bank 2 is the bank of cylinders on the radiator side. Sensor 1 is the O2 sensor before the cat.

Check fuses, not visually but with a tester or meter. Tester will light on back of fuse when fuse is open (ignition on). Meter should either show "0VDC", or "battery voltage" when checking both fuse tabs on the back side of the fuse to ground. A battery voltage on 1 side and close to 0 on he other side is a blown fuse.
