Charles Daly Shotguns are some of the most popular firearms in the market today, and for good reason. These firearms are made with the highest quality materials, are reliable and perform well, and are available in a variety of styles and models. No. Not for Citori money. Charles Daly never made a gun. It's a brand name, and some good guns, and not so good, have borne the name Charles Daly for a hundred years. The Japanese made over and under Charles Daly's were, I believe, made by Mirkoku,,,before Browning took over Miroku's importation of basically the same gun. The gun was the Citori.New Charles Daly 500 series SxS. Freinds, was in my LGS and they had a 20ga, 28ga and 410 Charles Daly double barrels sitting side by side. These were all single trigger with selector on the safety. Scaled to the cartridge. 20 was 20 size, 28 was smaller you know scaled to the cartridge size. I heard chiappa (Italy) bought the name.

Definitely not. But for putting a couple hundred rounds through a year I've never had any major problems. 2. dummdedumm1. • 2 yr. ago. Made a account just to respond. Charles Daly is the very bottom of the barrel. Stay away. Highly suggest looking elsewhere.Hello everyone I’m looking at picking up a new shotgun this weekend, torn between the Charles Daly 601 dps and the rock island vr80. I see a lot of good reviews for the vr80 and a lot of bad reviews about the 601. Obviously a benelli m4 is out of the question.

When it comes to performance, the Charles Daly 301 seems to stack up pretty well. For one, the thirty-inch barrel gives the gun a great deal of accuracy, allowing for a very narrow spread. Additionally, the high-density polyethylene stock makes the gun very dense and sturdy, so it can take a beating in the field or on a range.

The 601 field model "for the money" Is an Excellent shotgun. It has a rubbed finish on the wood that I believe to be Turkish walnut. It is very smooth but has no applied coating of any kind on the wood. The metal is finished in non glossy black. I have several other more expensive guns and the Daly looks just as good.Charles Daly lived over a century ago. He never made a gun. Dec 14, 2006 · I have owned several Miroku Daly shotguns. The operative word is B.C. Miroku. They make good guns now and when i got mf first one in the late 60's. Still use a superior grade skeet in 12 gauge on occasion. The Miroku Dalys were well made, hand engraved, but their trigger system ( sic: spring) left me non-plussed with frequent breakage.
