Try calling and asking to speak with someone from dasher direct support. Just dealt with this after they suspended my card for “the wrong expiry date” even tho it’s because the physical card wasn’t the same as the virtual for some dumbass reason and they held my money until I called and the support lady said she was able to process them for me.

There’s always a fee to transfer directly into your bank account. That’s why I just get the cash out for free and deposit it into my regular account.
