The only way I know of to acquire ingame models is through WoW Model Viewer, but that program has not been updated for Dragonflight. I can't seem to export models updated in Dragonflight (new worgen fur patterns, Warlock's new demon models, armors) as the application uses Shadowlands data. All 3d pieces would then have to be refitted for Male Human thin, thick female thin thick etc. Its a problem that is exponential. Modern games skin their 3d armor to the rig and have shape blending.
