I would start with something that overhauls everyone like Diversity, Cathedral Player and NPC, Nordic Faces, or NVICO and then look for more specific overhauls if I wanted them.Just a guess, but try moving the high poly overhaul aslal patch below the high poly overhaul esp. generally patches should load after all mods they are patching.
